Risk, strategy & growth validation

Alisa brings risk management training and a decade of experience helping founders validate opportunities and build without external capital. She specializes in the analytical infrastructure that lets a business grow without surprises: mapping the risks that profitable companies carry but rarely name, and building the structures to manage them. Before Foundwise Partners, she worked with startup incubators and founders preparing for growth. She believes the most valuable thing a consultant can do is tell you what not to do.

Revenue, operations & business development

Jason has spent 15 years in the field: founding companies, building sales organizations, and driving growth inside businesses that had to earn every dollar. He took clients from a standing start to $15M in annual revenue, built and managed teams of 40+, and has yet to meet a revenue problem that couldn't be traced back to a structural one. He has a particular fluency in the gap between strategy and execution. And a low tolerance for advice that doesn't translate into action.
